Attorney Nicole Turpin

Nicole is an Attorney at January Family Law, LLC, where she brings a deep understanding and commitment to divorce and custody matters of all complexities. Driven by a genuine passion for family law, Nicole is committed to securing favorable outcomes while ensuring her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered during some of life’s most difficult transitions.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana. While in law school, she interned for two circuit court judges—one presiding over domestic relations cases and the other over felony cases. These judicial internships provided Nicole with valuable hands-on experience and a unique perspective on courtroom procedure before she obtained her license to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Nicole has a diverse legal background, having practiced in family law, real estate, landlord/tenant matters, and trusts and estates. This broad experience enables her to effectively advocate for clients facing a wide range of legal issues, always with a focus on achieving their goals and protecting their best interests.

Dedicated to both her clients and her profession, Nicole is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
